An important aspect our customers enjoy is that we are based in the areas we service. What that means is we are always available to our customers. We’re just one call, text or email away. In order to give you a friendly and familiar face, we try to give you only one point of contact which helps develop a relationship with someone you can trust. We communicate quickly and efficiently by phone, text and email and respond to service calls quickly.
Innovative thinking.
We use the latest in lawn care equipment to make us effective and efficient. Our crews are equipped with smart phones for effective communication with our customers and with team members. While using our services, we will periodically take photos to capture and chronicle each property for quality control and historical record. We also use this method to alert our customers to problem areas so we can arrange for an efficient and timely resolution.
Environmentally responsible.
We feel it’s important to be responsible with our environment. That’s why we make it a point to use appropriate and responsible applications of chemicals. This allows us to preserve and protects trees, plants and turf while eliminating weeds and pests. It also prevents adverse run-off to the surrounding environment and allows for little to no waste. We use low-emission lawn equipment and low-noise blowers. We also ensure all yard debris is properly disposed of and/or recycled if possible.
Superior customer care.
Strong attention to the smallest details shows our customers that we value their business and respect their property. We closely monitored each property for even non-industry related issues such as a broken window, a fence not latching or a clogged gutter. We also provide additional services such as permitting assistance and representation if needed.
